Supply System

Trivolt Industries is a manufacturer of electrical heaters located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

In our efforts to continuously improve quality, service and cost-effective solutions, Trivolt Industries now offers the Trivolt “Supply System” to all OEM clients that wish to leverage Just-In-Time Inventory Management.

The TriVolt Supply System offers clients unique advantages over our competition:

  • Free inventory stocking for up to 10% of products purchased
  • 36-month fixed costs from date of purchase order
  • 72-hour lead time for product releases from inventory
  • Option to extend duration if customer attains a minimum spend during the previous 36 months

In addition, TriVolt offers Blanket Order processes for clients who attain a $500,000 single purchase order spend. Under a Blanket Order, Trivolt provides the option to initially manufacture 20% of the complete order, shipping half of the manufactured order, and stocking the remainder. This cycle continues until the last 10% of the order is shipped to our clients.

Finally, to facilitate transport and cross-border transactions, Trivolt Industries has partnered with UPS Supply Chain Solutions for packages weighing less than 150 LBS, our long-term brokerage firm, BGL, and with several industry leading LTL carriers.

Supply System

Approvals & Certifications

All our manufactured heater elements are presently CSA and/or NRTCUL approved and/or CE certified. Our products are manufactured and controlled by our internal Quality Management System. This program allows TriVolt to track the quality of every component that make up our products and monitors the workmanship of every electrical heater and sensor manufactured and assembled in our facility.

TriVolt Industries can also comply with any customer specifications such as “Buy America”. Our facility in Westfield, MA, USA lends itself to perform final assembly of heaters and systems to accommodate any Buy-America content requirement.

We can also generate special test conditions with specific set-ups, use computer models to design or isolate problem areas.

We are continuously improving our manufacture methods and products through testing, research and development. Our high standards extend beyond our product line.
