Mica Band HT-950

Trivolt Industries HT-950 high temperature Mica Band heaters are specifically designed to operate in extreme temperature conditions. These heaters will operate between 950 and 1100° F continuously. (See image below.)

High temperature Mica Band heaters are manufactured with #304 grade stainless steel and use Nichrome 80 grade resistance wire.

HT-950 high temperature Mica Band heaters can be manufactured for any voltage, wattage, single or three phase and various diameters. Trivolt recommends a maximum width of 6” and a maximum watt density of 35 watts per sq.in.

Multiple styles of terminal boxes are available in any heater locations and we can provide and install high temperature connection wire to any required length.

Trivolt Industries adopts a stringent internal quality control system (QMSM-2009). Every heater is tested for resistance and dielectric. All our heaters are CSA, UL and CE approved.
