Screw Plug and Flanged Immersion

Trivolt Industries offers a complete line of immersion heaters with screw plug or flanged connections.

Screw Plug heaters are available in any voltage and wattage required. Standard screw plug bushings available range from 1” to 2-1/2” NPT, or Standard Pipe thread. Bushing material can range from brass to stainless steel depending on requirements.

Flanged immersion heaters are also available in any voltage, wattage and single or three phase.

Standard flange sizes range from 2” to 14” and maximum pressure is 150 PSI.

Standard sheath materials range from copper, incoloy and exotic sheath material such as titanium.

Diameters of the sheath can range from 0.315”, 0.375”, 0.440” depending on voltage and application.

Standard terminal boxes are available for Nema 1, Nema 4, Nema 12, and Nema 7 for hazardous areas.

Trivolt Tubular heaters are available in any shape and can be supplied with fins and mounting bushings.

Trivolt Industries adopts a stringent internal quality control system (QMSM-2009). Every heater is tested for resistance and dielectric. All our heaters are CSA, UL and CE approved.

Approvals & Certifications

All our manufactured heater elements are presently CSA and/or NRTCUL approved and/or CE certified. Our products are manufactured and controlled by our internal Quality Management System. This program allows TriVolt to track the quality of every component that make up our products and monitors the workmanship of every electrical heater and sensor manufactured and assembled in our facility.

TriVolt Industries can also comply with any customer specifications such as “Buy America”. Our facility in Westfield, MA, USA lends itself to perform final assembly of heaters and systems to accommodate any Buy-America content requirement.

We can also generate special test conditions with specific set-ups, use computer models to design or isolate problem areas.
