Moisture Proof Band Heater

Trivolt industries moisture proof band heater is designed to resist to intermintent splashes of water and or plastic spills on the heater.
All ends and edges are fully sealed with our rotary welder. All termination is sealed with a brass cap that is silver brazed all around. All MPB heaters are manufactured with 24 gauge
stainless steel 304 2b stainless. For severe condition of water or plastic exposure Trivolt Industries can offer the MPBI, the MPBI is the same has the MPB but we fully submerse the heater under water to make sure that all welds and seals are 100% sealed.

Trivolt Industries adopts a stringent internal quality control system (QMSM-2009). Every heater is tested for resistance and dielectric. All our heaters are CSA, UL and CE approved.

All our manufactured heater elements are presently CSA and/or NRTCUL approved and/or CE certified. Our products are manufactured and controlled by our internal Quality Management System. This program allows TriVolt to track the quality of every component that make up our products and monitors the workmanship of every electrical heater and sensor manufactured and assembled in our facility.
