Triflex Immersion Heater


Tri-flex Immersion heaters can be both mounted on a screw plug or a flange. The Tri-flex heater can be manufactured in steel, stainless steel, or Inconel if required.

The Tri-flex screw plug can be manufactured and mounted on 2”Npt, 2.5” NPT and 3”NPT in both stainless steel and steel. All tubes are mounted on 3000 LBS hex plug. Tri-flex Flanged immersion heater can be mounted on 2” up to 36 inch flange on 150, 300 and 600 LBS flanges in both stainless steel and steel.

The heated element is a 1.90 Inch diameter tube. The tube is tig welded on both the wet and dry side. NEMA 1-4 and HAZLOC enclosure is available for this heater. Grooves can be machined on the tube to create more surface area to lower watt density. Our standard maximum length (B-Dimension) is 96”B dimension.

Trivolt Industries also has two special anti-corrosion treatments specifically for our special designed Tri-flex heater. One product is TVC-01, a ceramic coating that resists temperatures exceeding 2400 deg F, and our TV-01, and infusion into the steel or stainless against salts, acids or very harsh environments both chemically and mechanically.

All our manufactured heater elements are presently CSA and/or NRTCUL approved and/or CE certified. Our products are manufactured and controlled by our internal Quality Management System. This program allows TriVolt to track the quality of every component that make up our products and monitors the workmanship of every electrical heater and sensor manufactured and assembled in our facility.
